Boost your income; gain more financial freedom; do the things you want
A slightly disappointing Saturday for me yesterday, as I only just managed to break the £100 mark (which includes an expected profit extraction of 75% from free bets I have not yet placed).
I usually like to clear at least £150 on a Saturday (which is an average). I have had Saturday’s where it can be far more than this, and Saturday’s where it is much less.
I did get a nice win on 2-Up for the Charlton v Cardiff City game. As I only found a few close matches for this Bet365 offer, my qualifying losses didn’t eat into my profits too much at all.
A smaller chunk of my profits came from the simple Bet and Get stuff that was on offer from Betfred, Betfair, Bet UK and also Betway’s E-Sport, offer which was nice to wake up to on a Saturday morning.
Was disappointed to have only got one horse racing refund all day, which came from hitting a 2nd place in Betway’s ITV Racing. The qualifying loss was slightly larger than expected, which is perfectly normal for these kinds of offers where the bookie is giving so much value away.
Was surprised to get nothing from either Sky or Paddy Power’s cash back and free bet offers, especially as Paddy were promoting a 2nd, 3rd and 4th place refund, and Sky a 2nd and 3rd place cash refund respectively. But these types of offers are always worth getting on, as they are worth a lot of money going forward, so never be disheartened if you have one of those weekend where nothing seems to come in.
I did manage to get a nice Extra Place win however, which bumped up my profits nicely, so I was happy with that.
I didn’t have much luck with the few boosts I managed to get on throughout the day, as Arsenal seem to be doing a great job of wrecking our risk free profit at the moment! Would have cleared around £25 from some tasty ones from Betfair Sportsbook and BoyleSports but it was not to be.
The rest of my profits came from a few BOGs on horses I bet on with slightly lower odds, that managed to go off and win at higher odds – one horse from 2.5 to 3.5!
That’s all from me – will see you next week for another Saturday roundup.
